Reiki Level 1 Course

Reiki Level 1 covers; (and much more)

  • What is Reiki, how it works, it's benefits, the history &the Reiki Principles.

  • I will teach you the Reiki healing hand positions for self-healing & for healing friends & family.

  • You will receive 4 attunements to activate the Reiki energy.

  • You will learn how to cleanse and ground your energy

  • You will learn about the chakra& the endocrine system.

  • You will give and receive a full Reiki treatment and practice moving the Reiki life force energy throughout the weekend on yourself and your peers

  • You will receive guidance on energetic sovereignty, heightened intuition and working within the quantum/energy field.

  • Spiritual and psychic development guidance and mentoring from Cathy throughout the weekend

  • A Space of enlightenment and intuitive growth including education on the clair-abilities such as clairvoyance, clairsentient and claircognisant intuitive senses.

  • You will also have access to my online portal 1 week prior t o the training weekend which will introduce you to the chakras, the history of Reiki and more. We will delve deeper into this at the weekend training.

Your Reiki Level 2 course covers;

Recap on Level 1 (Usui Reiki Level 1 must have be taken 3/4 months prior to level 2 with me or someone else)

You will receive attunements to activate the Reiki energy to level 2- the practitioner.

Introduction to three sacred symbols to enhance the flow and depth of the Reiki energy.

Learn the practice of how to send distant healing- worldwide.

You will be eligible to practice as a Usui Reiki practitioner once your case studies are complete and we will discuss how you can set up your own business.

You will receive guidance on energetic sovereignty, heightened intuition and working within the quantum/energy field.

You will give and receive a full Reiki treatment, practice using the reiki energy throughout the two days including distant healing.

Spiritual and Psychic development support and a space of enlightenment and intuitive growth including education on the clair-abilities.

You will receive your Usui Reiki Level 2 and Usui Reiki Practitioner certificate.

Reiki Level 3 Master / Teacher Immersive Training

This is an immersive course including 2 full days in person and live online group class one month later.

We will meet in person on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th January 2025 11am- 6pm both days in The Olive Studio, Palms Holistic Centre, Gorey, Co. Wexford.

Your Reiki Level 3 course covers and much more;

*Recap on Level 1 and 2 (Usui Reiki Level 2 must have be taken 12 months prior to level 3 with Cathy or someone else) Review of hand positions for self healing, Reiki table treatments, chair healing sessions, providing group healings and distant healing techniques.

*You will receive attunements to activate the Reiki energy to level 3- Master / Teacher.

*Introduction to the fourth sacred symbol to enhance the flow and depth of the Reiki energy to that of Master frequency and unlocking the full potential of the Reiki energy. This is for the Self first and foremost as your life will naturally change from this attunement and your vibration will continue to rise.

*You will receive guidance on energetic sovereignty, heightened intuition and working within the quantum/energy field. You will give and receive a full Reiki treatment, practice using the Reiki Master symbol throughout the two days. Spiritual and Psychic development support and a space of enlightenment and intuitive growth including education on the clair-abilities.

*You will receive your Usui Reiki Master/Teacher certificate.

*You will receive access to my lineage manuals via word document so if you do decide to teach, you can adapt these to your own branding.

*You will learn how to attune others to Usui Reiki and as a group you will practice so that you can build your confidence - but I will let you in on a little secret….. once you are connecting to your heart, your intention and integrity is pure, you have a beautiful relationship with Reiki and the enlightened guides that support you, then you are off to a flying start in teaching others in the future. This weekend is about igniting your own joy, passions, intuition and spiritual connection even deeper and listening to the whispers of your Soul even more. And that my friend is a magical sacred experience.

*There will be a cacao ceremony led by Cathy to delve into your heart and to support your life and/or business to thrive through your visions and heart’s desires.
